DAILY DEVOTION - 10 NOVEMBER 2019

Good morning. Peace be with you all. Rejoice in the Lord always. "Let the message about Christ, in all its richness, fill your lives. Teach and counsel each other with all the wisdom he gives. Sing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs to God with thankful hearts." Colossians 3:16 NLT. Insight Thankful people can worship God wholeheartedly. Worldly issues and people easily replaces God, without us even noticing it. It can be a person with influence in the workplace, a leader in society, a church leader, sport star or pop star, etc... All they offer us lasts for a little while, but all God offers us is eternal, forever. We need to keep our worship solely for God with thanks giving. Challenge To increase your thankfulness, take an inventory of all your blessings. Before you worship today, quit rushing around; instead, take time to reflect on reasons for thanking God. Declare Sunday as from today as your “thanks, faith, and hope” in God day. Celebrate God's goodness to you and your family, and ask in prayer for all your needs for the week ahead to be met.
