DAILY DEVOTION - 17 JANUARY 2020

Good morning. Peace be with you all. Rejoice in the Lord always. "No one will be able to stand against you as long as you live. For I will be with you as I was with Moses. I will not fail you or abandon you." Joshua 1:5 NLT. Insight Joshua's new God appointed job consisted of leading more than two million people into a strange new land and conquering it. Every new job is a challenge. We must ask ourselves this question. Is it from God or from another source? If it's not from God it can be dangerous and frightening. With God it can be a great adventure leading you to your purpose in Christ. Just as God was with Joshua, He is with us who are faithful as we face our new challenges. Challenge We may not conquer nations, but every day we face tough situations, difficult people, and temptations. God promises, however, that He will never abandon us nor fail to help us who believe in Him and are faithful. Today, lets ask God to direct our paths and lead us so that we can conquer many of life's difficulties and challenges. May God bless and protect you all. In Jesus mighty name. Amen.
