DAILY DEVOTION - 18 APRIL 2021.

FAMILY OF FAITH MINISTRIES. Good morning. The Peace of God be with you all. Rejoice in the Lord always. "You shall not offer to the Lord what is bruised or crushed or torn or cut." Leviticus 22:24 NKJV. Insight: If you should be asked the question: What is the average offering amount at your church? The answers will reveal how little some people understand about the importance of our offerings to God and how little they understand about Biblical principles and the real meaning of our offerings. As the Israelites prepared to give, God knew that some might be tempted to cut corners and do the minimum. They might be tempted to offer any animal, even those of lesser value to keep the best for themselves. God knows what we offered Him and it should be our best. For through this offering, we demonstrate what is really important for us and how much we value our relationship with God. Our offerings show whether we seek first God's kingdom and trust in Him. God wants us to give Him our best all the time. We are to give Him first place and realize that He deserves the best in everything we do, and He blesses those with this commitment. We also need to realize that our offerings demonstrate our priorities. Some offer as little as possible – giving Him the crumbs off their table, showing how little they think of Him. They forget that He is our Creator, the One to whom we owe everything. Challenge: Don’t seek to get by or do as little as possible. Give God your best in everything you do. Seek first God's Kingdom. Do everything you do as if you doing it unto the Lord. Prayer: Father, I desire to give You the very best that I have. I dedicate my time, talents, and treasures to You! Help me to help those in need. In Jesus mighty name. Amen.🙏🏼🔥🙌🏼💖
