FAMILY OF FAITH MINISTRIES.

Good morning. The Peace of God be with you all. Rejoice in the Lord always. "In You, O LORD, I put my trust … Deliver me, O my God, out of the hand of the wicked, out of the hand of the unrighteous and cruel man. For You are my hope … my trust from my youth." Psalm 71:1, 4-5 NKJV.

Insight: How important is hope? To gain a better understanding, a leading university recently conducted a major study. The goal? To know whether feeling hopeful was a key to survival and “whether those who lack hope are at higher risk of death.”

The results were conclusive. Researchers proved that hope is central to good health. Those with hope maintained a more positive attitude. They were healthier and happier. They had more productive lives. In contrast, everything was darker for those without hope. They had a death rate three times higher than those with hope.

Over and over, the Bible stresses the importance of hope. Along with "faith and love, hope" is something that "will last forever" in 1 Corinthians 13:13. The psalmist realized that the world is filled with problems. We can easily be discouraged or feel hopeless. But he knew that he could hope in God and trust in Him. As Jeremiah reminds us, “Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, and whose hope is the LORD” in Chapter 17:7.

Challenge: Right now, think about the challenges you are currently facing. Think about anything that is causing you to worry or be concerned. Don’t let these things dominate your life, but start thinking about God instead. Read His Word. Put your hope in Him. Pray to Him in Hope. He is the rock and the fortress on whom you can depend. Trust in Him! He will not disappoint you!

Prayer: Father, I give all my life challenges, concerns and worries to You, today. Thank You for giving me peace and for giving me hope! In Jesus mighty name. Amen.🙏🏼🔥🙌🏼
