Good morning. Peace be with you all. Rejoice in the Lord always. "But all too quickly the message is crowded out by the worries of this life, the lure of wealth, and the desire for other things, so no fruit is produced." Mark 4:19 NLT.
Insight
Worldly worries, the false sense of security brought on by prosperity, and the desire for things plagued first-century disciples as they do us today.
Challenge
How easy it is for our daily routines to become overcrowded. The deceiver lures us into a busy life filled with worries. Why? To distort the Gospel message and get us off God's path and into a state of worthlessness where no good fruit is produced. We then live a life packed with materialistic pursuits and power hungry leadership that deafens us to God's Word. Today, Stay free of deception, seek The righteousness of God and stand firm on His Word so you can hear God when He speaks. May God bless and protect you all. In Jesus mighty name. Amen.
