FAMILY OF FAITH MINISTRIES.

Good morning. The Peace of God be with you all. Rejoice in the Lord always. "When the day of Pentecost had come, they were all together in one place. And a noise like a violent rushing wind came from heaven, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting." Acts 2:1-2 NASB.

Insight: Who exactly is the Holy Spirit? What is He like? The disciples must have asked questions like these when Jesus told them that they would receive power when the Spirit came in Acts 1:8. They must have wondered what would happen. Would they even notice His presence?

Their questions were answered on the day of Pentecost when the Spirit came quickly and without warning. He came with a noise that was like a “violent rushing wind.” He came not in meekness but in power.

He came with an overwhelming force. His impact was dramatic. In an instant, He changed their lives. Because of the Spirit, they were able to perform mighty miracles and preach with power.

This is the same Spirit that God has sent into your life. Yes, He can be gentle and speak in a still, small voice in 1 Kings 19:12. But He also can come with awesome power. He can empower you in supernatural ways. He can disrupt armies, stop storms, heal diseases, discern secrets, give wisdom, open doors that might seem closed, and enable you to do what might seem impossible.

Challenge: Ask God to open your eyes to the power available to you through His Spirit. Listen for His calling on your life. Be ready and waiting for His work in your life. Believe Him for miracles. Allow Him to change you, touch lives, and impact the world.

Prayer: Father, open my eyes to the power of the Holy Spirit. I believe You can do all things. Pour Your Holy Spirit out upon me. I believe in You. In Jesus mighty name. Amen.🙏🏼🔥🙌🏼💖
