FAMILY OF FAITH MINISTRIES.

Good morning. The Peace of God be with you all. Rejoice in the Lord always. "I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power … to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge." Ephesians 3:17-19 NIV.

Insight: Because of God’s love for us, He sent Jesus that we might “have eternal life in John 3:16. God’s love for us and our love for Him and each other should be our motivation for everything we do: “Since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another” in 1 John 4:11.

Yet even Christians can be infected by sin, the flesh, and the world. Love can easily fade, and our lives can become focused on pride, envy, worry, jealousy or fear. We can often find ourselves pursuing pleasure, power, rewards, or success at the expense of love.

To help us remain on course, Paul prayed that we would be “rooted and established in love.” This foundation keeps our perspective correct and helps us remain focused and balanced.

The Bible reminds us that God wants us to know Him, so His love can fill and flow in our lives. This is not just the kind of normal love depicted in the media or our daily conversations. This is a love so great that it “surpasses knowledge.” It exceeds anything we can ever know in the natural world.

Challenge: Today, ask God to give you a new revelation of His love for you. Don’t be content just to know about this love. Ask Him to enable you to grasp the greatness of that love. Then allow that love to fill your heart. Show His love in your interaction with others.

Prayer: Father, help me grasp the depth of Your love. Thank You for loving me. Help me to show others how much you love them. In Jesus mighty name. Amen.🙏🏼🔥🙌🏼💖
